STRICT REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years where applicable by local law) to enter, view, or interact with content on Spankbang. Accessing this site from jurisdictions where adult entertainment is restricted or illegal is strictly prohibited.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By navigating, viewing, or establishing an account on Spankbang, you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, community guidelines, and security policies established herein. If you do not accept these conditions, you must exit the platform immediately.

3. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

Users participating in live chat rooms or private performer sessions must adhere strictly to the following standards:

  • No harassment, abusive speech, hate speech, or non-consensual demands towards performers or other users.
  • Unlawful recording, screen capturing, re-streaming, or commercial distribution of live broadcasts without express written permission is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
  • Automated web scraping, botting, or denial-of-service attacks directed at platform servers will result in immediate permanent IP bans.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All broadcast streams, logos, graphical assets, and platform code are the exclusive property of Spankbang and its verified content partners. All rights are reserved worldwide under international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spankbang provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% network uptime and low latency playback, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions or local network degradation outside our direct cloud infrastructure.
